Delivering great hospitality, delicious plates of food and well-made drinks, every day so our guests love us, return and recommend. This will only happen when we have the right people, being trained and supported to deliver pub perfection. When it comes to our front of house team we're looking for genuine hospitality - people who are engaging, passionate foodies that love to host and anticipate guests' needs. For our kitchen teams, we need engaged, creative foodies that can cook great dishes and love putting the best ingredients on our guests plates. We can train the rest!

Front Of House
If you’re friendly and quick on your feet, you’d be a perfect fit for a front of house role at Peach. This career path is rewarding in so many ways – you’ll learn to delight our guests, deliver unreasonably good hospitality and make it irrational for our guests to go anywhere else. If you love the idea of a guest facing environment and the opportunity to truly make someones day, this is the role for you!
Back Of House
If you’re determined, creative and love free range British ingredients, you might find a career in the kitchen is the perfect fit for you. Being a chef requires dedication and discipline, but it’s incredibly rewarding. You get to create new recipes, be inventive with the best quality ingredients, and grow and lead a team of dedicated foodies. Sound delicious? Then get involved!
Management
If you’re a proactive, results-driven people person, with a keen eye for great hospitality, a role in Pub Management could be perfect for you. You’d be responsible for developing community engagement, improvement initiatives, sales, target setting, building and maintaining key guest and team relationships as well as engaging in short, medium and long term business planning, all while running a perfect service for our guests.
