""I came to Peach a little over 2 years ago at a time when I had lost a lot of my love for hospitality. However, in my time here it has come back in abundance. During this time, I have built some amazing relationships with the people I work with, both in my pub and across Peach, and with the locals in Thame.

With Peach's values we're really given a platform to make a great pub both for our team and our guests where people feel at home, I know I do. It's a special thing to do. There have been a lot of highs, but the best days are when it feels like we bring the whole community together such as when we hosted "Figg Fest" our own festival in the pub. It was a great day and lots of people enjoyed it.

When I'm not working in the pub, I can still often be found there enjoying it with the friends I've made since moving here. When I'm not doing that, I enjoy some quiet time to myself reading or writing my own stuff.""
